ØPh.D on “An Assessment of Toxic Metal Content in Frequently Consumed Greens and Vegetables from Three Major Markets of Visakhapatnam”,  from Department of Environmental Sciences, College of Science and Technology, Andhra University.

Ø Academic Project Work in M.Sc :   Biosorption of Lead using Leaf Powder of Antigonum leptopus.

Ø  Description:  The main aim of this project is to remove heavy metals like Lead (Pb+2) using the economically feasible Biosorption Technique. In this process, we optimize various parameters like Temperature, pH, Concentration of the metal, weight of the biosorbent in order to have maximum Biosorption.

 

Ø Received 2nd Best Paper Award during InDACON-08.

 Ø Volunteered for the “Indian Science Congress” conducted at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Ø  Acted as Judge for District level School Science Fair Projects in Vizianagaram.

      Ø  Volunteered for the “National Seminar on Solid and Hazardous Wastes Management for Safety, Health and Environment” conducted at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

      Ø  Organised “One Day Workshop on Global Warming & Environmental Protection and Indian National Science  Day Celebrations” conducted in Lendi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vizianagaram.

Ø  Participated in the staff development program “Evolving challenges in Energy and Environment”19th April – 1st May 2010.
